In the late 1970s, she reached superstar status when she was cast as Tiffany Welles in the immensely popular TV series Charlie's Angels. She later earned critical praise for her work on stage via Jack Heifner's Vanities, Elizabeth Diggs's Close Ties and Garson Kanin’s Born Yesterday.
