They were cosmetics that weren't only gentle to sensitive skin; they were gentle to the wallet as well. The affordable dermatology-tested cosmetics came in a fashionable array of 15 "zingy beauty items," including blushers, lashes and shadows - all hypo-Allergenic. And Shelley made their makeup look good.
