Shelley appeared in many cosmetic ads during her modeling days. In 1971, she appeared in an ad for Noxzema, for their greaseless, medicated skin cream. It was "in a jar, not a bar" and it could be used everyday. Since it was greaseless,it washed off with water while leaving the skin cool and tingly. It kept the skin soft and clear; it made users "Feel Fresh, Look Fresh, Be Alive!"
