Charlie apparel and makeup could be purchased by anyone for just £2.99 with every purchase of any Charlie product. It was Charlie's treat to customers for that summer season. Of course, Shelley appeared in the advertisements for the promotional campaign. And, of course, Shelley was gorgeous in the advertisements
