Shelley was one of the celebrities featured in the Campbell Soup Company's 1985 recipe booklet called Celebrity Chefs. Along with other popular TV, movie and music stars like actors Rex Reed, Linda Blair and Arlene Dahl, TV host Dick Cavett, comedian Phyllis Diller, singers Gladys Knight and Maureen McGovern and much more, Shelley shared one of her favorite recipes to many fans - Baked Stuffed Pineapple. It's a wonderful addition to a holiday table food selection.

Aside from Celebrity Chefs, a couple of Shelley's other recipes have been featured in cooking author and writer Johna Blinn's book and newspaper column. A former food editor for Look magazine, Johna Blinn wrote a syndicated column called "Celebrity Cookbook" as well as a book by the same name, which compiled the recipes featured in her column. Aside from Shelley, the almost 500-page book featured the recipes of hundreds of other stars - from George Burns to Andy Warhol.
