Shelley appeared on many catalog covers and pages throughout her modeling career, from the late '60s to the late '70s. In 1974, she appeared on the cover of Creative Village's Fabrizaar Spring '74 catalog (Creative Village came out with booklets, magazines and catalogs about sewing, knitting and the like). Fabrizaar was a sewing and fabric catalog which featured various fashion patterns as well as 2x2-inch fabric swatches. On the cover, Shelley wore a soft suit in a soft pastel color (N5406, a Simplicity pattern). The melon colored suit was made up of an unlined jacket in a figure-flattering shape (with gathered pockets, puffy sleeves, set-in waistband, and a notched collar) and wide-legged pants (with a back-zip closing, pleats and cuffs). She wore it with a matching printed blouse (N5427, a Simplicity pattern) which had a button-front style, a wide collar, and long cuffed sleeves. And Shelley looked just fabulous on the cover.
