Shelley appeared on a spread called "Give Earth A Chance" on Seventeen magazine in 1971. The spread featured Earth-themed fashions for every girl to wear. Shelley modeled an apple-themed cardigan and shorts ensemble by Niki of Greece and a body-cling shirt by Stuffed Shirt. Her sash was by Elegant.
