The tabloid Midnight Globe said that the new Angels team got along just fine as was witnessed firsthand. Shelley appeared in many knitting books and magazine when she was an in-demand model in the '60s and '70s. In 1971, she appeared in the magazine Woman's Day Knitting Book. In one spread, she modeled a dress made from what was called striated or space dyed yarn, the newest look in yarn back then. She wore a hooded button-up-he-front dress with long sleeves. And Shelley looked 1971 fashionable.

In December of 1993, Shelley guest starred in A Perry Mason Story: The Case of the Wicked Wives, a TV movie which was a tribute to Raymond Burr, one of Hollywood's most respected actors. Raymond Burr, who famously played Perry Mason in the TV series which ran from 1957 to 1966 and in 26 TV movies, died in September 1993. As a tribute to him, a Perry Mason TV movie was made. But to honor Burr's legacy, the part of Perry Mason wasn't recast. Instead, a new character was brought in, Anthony Caruso (played by Paul Sorvino) who was Mason's good friend. Cast regulars Barbara Hale and William Moses came back. And as guest stars, Supermodels were cast. Shelley Hack, Beverly Johnson, Kim Alexis, Maud Adams and Kathy Ireland played the "wicked wives." Eric Braeden and Paula Marsh rounded out the cast. The telemovie was released on DVD in 2016. It was also released on DVD in Spanish as Perry Mason: El Caso de las Esposas Malvadas in 2017.

Shelley appeared in many ads and catalogs for Sears in the 1960s and 1970s. In the Sears Spring Through Summer 1974 catalog, she appeared in a spread called "Junior Bazaar Separates Featuring... A Striped Knit Top And Denim Cuffed Jeans" where she modeled casual sporty separates. She wore a red and white pullover-style striped top of smooth-knit cotton with a high square neckline and slightly puffed short sleeves over a cream-colored pair of trouser-style denim jeans which featured a zipper fly-front, a two-button closing waistband, slash pockets and cuffed hems. She wore a pair of canvas upper sling wedge footwear with woven rope trim. A matching slim red woven belt finished her look. And Shelley looked smashing.

The spread called "Splice-Ups" featured fashions enhanced with color slicing, using color blocks for different parts of a garment. It was the freshest look of the season and the spread showed readers the wonderful color combinations they could try.

Shelley wore a two-tone raglan-sleeved pullover top, in blue for the bodice and yellow for the sleeves, over a matching blue skirt. It had the added feature of a butterfly applique on the chest- and in yellow, of course, to complement her top. A matching belt, printed socks and hair clip finished her look. And Shelley looked super in her slice-up ensemble.

Shelley appeared in both the ads and the catalogs of Budget Uniform Center, a company that specialized in uniforms professional women. In 1972, she appeared in an ad for Budget that had the tagline "Shortcuts to Success." In the ad, Shelley donned a nurse's uniform which had a button shirt styling and top-stitched patch pockets. Shelley made one stylish nurse.

Shelley Hack Media Consultancy

From 1997 to around 2008, Shelley was busy with Shelley Hack Media Consultancy (SHMC), a media consultancy firm she owned that worked in pre- and post-conflict countries. It was a company that internationally specialized on projects that focused on the intersection between media and the development of civil society. She would go into war-torn countries and help them establish democracy through media, which was often done with the help of televised political debates. "I have a consultancy company, and I basically do institution building in post-conflict countries" she told one reporter later. And in 1997, she started by producing the first-ever televised presidential debates to be held in Bosnia.

Shelley appeared on many issues of Seventeen magazine during her modeling days. In 1972, she appeared in their February issue, in the spread called "Knit It Your Way." It featured short-sleeved sweater smocks that were great for the cold weather.

Shelley wore a small version of the smock; it was short and snappy, had a curved V-neck and dots and dashes all over. It had two shades of blue and had red as an accent color. She wore it over a red shirt by Dearborn and a red paneled skirt by Pandora. Shelley looked smashing.

Shelley also wore another small version of the smock; but this time it had a round neck and short-cut sleeves. It was in a gingham-check design, fabulous in lime green and white. She wore it over a white shirt by Dearborn and a lime green skirt by Garland. A cap by Madcaps finished her look. Shelley looked fresh and beautiful.

Shelley's third foray into series TV was Jack and Mike. It was about a married yuppie couple living in Chicago, trying to find time for each other in their busy schedules. Shelley played Jackie Shea, a star columnist at The Mirror, a widely-circulated Chicago paper. Her column was awaited by everyone every week. Her husband was Mike Brennan (played by Tom Mason), a successful restaurateur.

Sew A Border Print

 Shelley appeared in many ads, brochures and mags for Simplicity patterns. In 1977, she appeared in an ad spread called "Sew A Border Print" which showcased outfits made from printed fabric - with the prints strategically placed at the outfit's borders. Shelley wore Simplicity pattern #7757 - a blue and white smock dress with a mandarin collar and a set-in waist. Of course, the print of the fabric was strategically located. A matching necklace and wedge heeled espadrilles finished her look. And Shelley looked fab in that smock dress.

Shelley attended the Hollywood Collector's Show held in Burbank, California, in July of 2009. Also in the event was Tanya Roberts whom Shelley met for the first time. The two women starred in the legendary 1970s TV series Charlie's Angels, but they never met. Shelley joined the show in the 4th season; then Tanya took over from Shelley in the 5th season when Shelley left the show. It was a historic event in Angel history that many will remember. Let's hope Shelley and Tanya, along with Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd, will reunite again in a sit down interview, an awards show appearance, a magazine cover or even a TV movie. That would make history.

Shelley was one of the highest paid models in the 1970s, a certified Supermodel. In June of 1974, she appeared on the pages of Vogue magazine in the spread called "Hot-Weather Dressing," where she modeled outfits the mag deemed as chic for that summer season. The spread featured skirts, tops, pants and dresses that worked and made summer dressing a breeze for anyone, everyday.

Shelley wore "Two-Piece Shirtdressing in Silk Crepe de Chine" look. It was a navy on cream striped two-piece outfit that was chic for summer '74. It was made up of a soft long-sleeved shirt and a stitch-pleated skirt - both from De Noyer, New York. A shiny necklace, a straw hat, a matching sash and a pair of sandals finished her look. And Shelley looked fab.

Shelley also wore a denim coat that had tie-ups instead of buttons by Galapago, Ltd. The hooded coat had white stitching to cheer up the navy blue color. Printed boots by Sbicca finished her look. And in both looks, Shelley looked fabulous.

Jack and Mike Promo Spots

Shelley's third foray into series TV was Jack and Mike. It was about a married yuppie couple living in Chicago, trying to find time for each other in their busy schedules. Shelley played Jackie Shea, a star columnist at The Mirror, a widely-circulated Chicago paper. Her column was awaited by everyone every week. Her husband was Mike Brennan (played by Tom Mason), a successful restaurateur about to open his third restaurant. The pilot was released in VHS format and distributed in Europe, in the Netherlands and Belgium; but only the pilot episode. The entire episode was kept as is; but subtitles in Dutch were burned into the media for the convenience of the target audience. The episode runs for 90 minutes and was originally aired in September 16, 1986.

Shelley appeared in several ads for Bobbie Brooks in the 1970s. In 1974, she appeared their ad with the tagline "Your Place in the Sun," which featured colorful summer fashion separates topped with light summer blazers. Shelley wore a bright sunny shirt over a pair of nautical colored shorts topped with a colorful floral blazer - can't get more summery than that. All that was needed was Shelley's effervescent smile to light up this fab summer look.

Shelley became Charlie's newest Angel in 1979, and she jumped from being THE Charlie Girl to becoming Charlie's latest Superstar Angel. As it was for all the Angels before her, she received a lot of attention from both the media and from fans. Her casting was even mentioned in the evening news - it was a huge deal. "I couldn't believe it. What was I doing in the evening news," she exclaimed at the time.

When she arrived in St. Thomas at the Caribbean, where her first Charlie's Angels episode was going to be shot, she was greeted by the paparazzi. "When I got off the plane, there were maybe eight million paparazzi. I looked around for Sophia Loren. It was for me. I couldn't believe it," Shelley said astonished by the amount of Angel casting was getting. "I had press people crawling in my windows," she told E! in 2002.

It was made up of a light loose mandarin-collared overblouse (so light it felt like you had nothing on) and matching cotton pants - perfect for hot summer days. It was a Delani design by Jeannene Booher. A matching headband, a pair of low summer sandals and a scarf cinched at the waist a finished her look. A gold bangle and sunglasses accessorized her look. And Shelley looked positively hot.

Shelley wore a round-neck T-shirt, with the print of no other than Levi Strauss himself, over a pair of railroady denim jeans (both by Levi's for Gals) with matching denim-look footwear. A choker by Willam Rand, wristlet by Ruza and a fancy belt by Elegant finished her look. And with her hair down and with minimal makeup, Shelley looked ready to play for the day.
