Shelley was THE quintessential Charlie Girl and appeared in many, many ads for the brand. In 1981, she appeared in a newspaper ad for Charlie that offered the Charlie Bonus. The "Charlie's Color Adventures" box set had a Nutcracker scenario under the lid and was promoted as a bonus item, a perfect gift for that holiday season. It contained Charlie eye shadows, blushers, lipsticks, lip gloss, mascara, nail color and applicator brushes. It was a bonus package that was only $9 for any $5 purchase or more from the Charlie Collection. And Shelley, of course, appeared in the newspaper advertisement for this Charlie Bonus looking fabulous, festive and downright gorgeous.
