Shelley in 1979
Shelley became Charlie's Angel no. 5, Tiffany Welles in 1979. Of her new opportunity, she said, "I was surprised by the amount of attention, but I had done a lot of press before. There was so much to do then, so you just deal with it." Not only was she an Angel by then, she was also THE Charlie Girl; so she had a lot on her plate. She had to divide her time between her obligations in L.A. and New York, but she was a trooper.
