Shelley appeared on many spreads throughout Harper's Bazaar's September 1977 issue. In the spread called "The New Ways of Layering", she and fellow model Linda Tonge showed readers how to layer furs, jackets, vests and coats in order to achieve the luxurious look of the season. Earth tones accented with soft blues and rose, a mix of lengths and textures was what it was all about.

Shelley wore The Fox Jacket, a sleeveless jacket of Magellan fox by Bill Blass for Maximillian, New York, over a silk shirt and  gathered skirt topped with a cardigan vest and a tweed jacket - all by Blasssport. Fancy button earrings, unusual bracelets and knitted gloves finished her look. And Shelley looked sensational.

A Cult Classic

Shelley starred in the 1987 cult classic The Stepfather. Filmed entirely in Canada, the movie was shot in 1986 and released in 1987. The main cast, Shelley, Jill Schoelen and Terry O'Quinn all gave above average performances in this horror/thriller directed by Joseph Ruben. Shelley had a scene where she is hit on the face and blood (from a blood capsule in her mouth) explodes and drips down her face. That day, she had lunch with blood all over her face she told fans in 2009 at the Hollywood Collectors Show.

Piggybank Boutique 2

Shelley appeared on the pages of Woman's Day, the July 1971 issue. In the spread called "Piggybank Boutique", quick easy amusing and inexpensive ways to personalize any wardrobe was featured. It showed readers ways to individualize store-bought play clothes and make it their own. Shelley modeled a Pre-Gathered Sari that can be whipped right on, anytime, with a matching bra top - perfect for summer events. A fun necklace of circles and a wooden=bead armlet finished her look. Shelley looked fab.

The Heroines of Charlie's Angels

Charlie's Angels was one of the, if not THE, biggest hit on TV in the 1970s. And it was popular all over the world. Images of all the six women who became Angels (Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Jaclyn Smith, Cheryl Ladd, Shelley Hack and Tanya Roberts) were plastered on magazines and everything else all over the world - from Latin America to Europe to Asia. And everyone had their favorite Angel, of course.

The Shiny Charlie Girl

Shelley was THE Charlie Girl from 1976 to 1982 and was the one responsible for catapulting the brand (and, in turn, herself) to iconic status. THE Charlie girl was every woman and was photographed striding around in the latest designer fashions. In one of the versions of the ad, Charlie Girl Shelley donned a fabulous modern pantsuit in a soft shiny metallic fabric by none other than Zoran or Zoran Ladicorbic, a Yugoslavian-born American fashion designer known for his minimalist, understated designs made from high quality natural fabrics such as silk, linen and cashmere wool.

Single Bars

Shelley starred in the 1984 TV movie Single Bars, Single Women. Paul Michael Glaser, Tony Danza and Christine Lahti stattered in it as well. Shelley's performance in the telefilm surprised many as she was better that most expected. She handled her scenes very well and gave an over all good performance. Let's hope it's released on DVD soon.

Sleep-And-Loungewear

Shelley appeared on many spreads throughout Sears Wish Book for the 1975 Christmas Season catalog. In the spread called "Sleep-And-Loungewear... in a pretty print and frosty white", she modeled outfits that could be worn to sleep or for lounging around at home. She wore the Long "Granny" Gown, a white pullover style sleeping gown that had an old-world charm. It had a ruffle-edged front and back yoke, a front slit and a bow-tie. It had long sleeves with elasticized wrists. She also wore the Pajama, a top and pants ensemble in a printed fabric. It had ruffled edges around the neck, the front and wrists - as well as a self-tie belt. The pants has a straight leg and elasticized waist. Shelley looked super in both outfits.
