Shelley on the package cover of Simplicity Pattern 6754, 1974
Shelley appeared on the package cover of Simplicity Pattern 6754 in 1974. It contained a designer pattern for a shirt, top and pants that could be made by anyone. It also contained instructions on how to make the garment and recommended what fabrics to use. Simplicity Patterns have been around since 1927. Shelley appeared in many of its pattern designs throughout the late 1960s up until the mid-1970s.
