1960s Bride

Shelley in a spread for Penneys in the 1960s

Shelley started modeling in the mid-1960s and appeared in numerous ads and spreads in various magazines. One of them was the Penneys catalog (which in the 1970s became JCPenney). In the bridal section of the catalog called "Memories are Made of This", she modeled a white princess-style bridal gown with a lace bodice and  lace sleeves and flower appliques on the skirt which had a train. It came with a matching veil. A pearl necklace and white patent leather shoes finished her look. Shelley looked radiant in her bridal attire.
