She wore the Steal The Spotlight dress. It was a sweetly swinging dress that made an irresistible entrance. It was a sleeveless dress in polka dot fabric with a U-neckline and a triple-tiered, tri-colored skirt. It came with a matching shiny patent vinyl belt.
