Shelley modeling specs in a spread for Woman's Day, 1972
Shelley appeared in the spread called "Look Spectacular in Bold Prescription Specs" in the March 1972 issue of Woman's Day magazine. The spread explained to readers how to chose frames and lenses that would be helpful as well as flattering to their eyes and face. The makeup on Shelley and the rest of the models was done by legendary makeup artist Way Bandy. Shelley modeled the frame design called Capote in crystal (it came in light and dark tortoise as well).
