Shelley in a spread for Seventeen magazine, 1973
Shelley appeared on the pages of Seventeen magazine's February 1973 issue. In the spread called "Learning Suits", she modeled skirt-suits that could be worn while learning to ice skate. She modeled a baby blue cropped jacket with a wide elasticized waist, cuffed sleeves and safari pockets. It came with a matching pleated skirt that ended above the knee. A sweater in the same color and a pair of coordinating knee socks finished her look. She also modeled a pink blazer padded slightly at the shoulders and nipped close to the body. It came with a matching hip-pleated above-the-knee skirt. A strawberry print shirt and matching knee socks finished her look. And in both suits, Shelley looked ready to fashionably hit the ice.
