Shelley on the cover of Simplicity pattern 5228, 1972
Shelley appeared on many covers of Simplicity pattern packages in the late '60s and in the '70s. In 1972, she appeared on pattern no. 5228. It contained crochet instructions for a beret, a scarf, a tie and a turtleneck dickey - accessories for any fashionista in the early '70s. On the cover, Shelley wore all the designs and looked fab in all of them.
