Shelley appeared in many ads for JCPenney from the late '60s to the '70s. In one 1972 ad, she wore the Tempting Triple Layer Look, a getup made up of three pieces that was a great addition to any woman's wardrobe. She wore the flowered long-sleeved shirt over a billowy palazzo skirt and topped it off with the ruffled-sleeve shrink sweater. A matching modified skull cap and high-heeled footwear finished her look. Shelley looked ready for the 1972-73 fashion season.
