Shelley was THE quintessential Charlie Girl and appeared in many, many ads for the brand. In 1978, Shelley appeared in a newspaper ad promoting "Charlie's Coloring Box for Lips." It was a promo that offered customers a chance to purchase Charlie's newest dividend containing every product needed for the Charlie-art of lip coloring: Charlie Soft-Line Automatic Lip Pencil, Charlie Lipcolor Toner, Charlie Extra-Extra Shine Lipstick, Charlie Extra-Extra Shine Lipgloss and, of course, Charlie Concentrated Perfume Spray. It was available for only $6 for every $5 or more purchase from the Charlie or Chaz Collection... both by Revlon. It was also a promo for Charlie's makeup, skincare and bath products as well as the Chaz fragrance for men. Shelley appeared in the ad and looked fabulous, as always.
