Spring Through Summer 1968 catalog
Shelley appeared in many catalogs throughout her tenure as Supermodel. In 1968, she appeared on the pages of the Sears Spring Through Summer 1968 catalog. She appeared on a spread that featured water-repellent coats and jackets that looked like leather but were less expensive, as well as American-made sportscoats made from imported leather. Shelley wore the Diagonal-Knit Jacket, made from a fine gauge acrylic knit laminated with polyurethane foam. The medium yellow jacket was lined with acetate taffeta. It had a vinyl self-tie belt that tunneled through flaps and buttons that looked like leather. She wore it over a white turtleneck top and white pants ensemble. A white Fedora hat with a chin strap finished her look. And Shelley looked fabulous in both outfits.
