Shelley appeared on many spread for Seventeen magazine from the 1960s to the 1970s. In October 1965, she appeared in the spread called "New Shapes of Fashion" which featured undergarments for teenagers that could create and flatter any figure. Shelley was "The Model Medium," the model figure anyone could create with the undergarments featured in the spread. Shelley wore a clingy printed chiffon dress in pastel colors with a ruffled neck, long sleeves and ruffles on the wrists. Matching low-heeled pumps finished her look. And Shelley looked sensational.
