When Movies Were Movies A

closeups of Shelley in from a Seventeen mag spread, 1971

Shelley appeared on the pages of Seventeen magazine's August 1971 issue. In the spread called "When Movies Were Movies", she modeled outfits inspired by the wardrobes of Rita Hayworth, Hedy Lamarr and Claudette Colbert in their movies from the 1930s and 1940s. Shelley modeled The Grand Opening look - a sweater with a keyhole scoop-out and puffed sleeves over a skirt with non-stop pleats. Also she modeled The Chubby Coat - a fur coat that was perfect for evening affairs. Shelley looked divine on both.
