Shelley appeared on many ads for Penneys in the 1960s and 1970s. In 1971, she appeared in the Penneys' ad for summer apparel that featured shortcuts 'n tops, tank tops and shorts that were perfect for that summer season. Shelley wore a two-toned tank top over a pair of matching short shorts. Strappy flat espadrilles, a fun rope belt and flower accessories on her hair and wrist finished her look. And Shelley looked sensational.
