Shelley with Cheryl Ladd in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands,
taking a break from filming the Charlie's Angels episode "Love Boat Angels"

Charlie's Angels is being rebooted again. Elizabeth Banks has signed on to direct; and recently, Pulitzer Prize winner David Auburn was in talks with Sony to write the screenplay for the latest reboot. The groundbreaking TV series premiered in 1976 with with Kate Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Jaclyn Smith as the Angels. Cheryl Ladd, Shelley Hack and Tanya Roberts joined the series as Angels in later seasons. The series was slated for a reboot in 1988 with Claire Yarlett, Karen Kopins, Sandra Canning and Téa Leoni as the new Angels; but it was shelved before anything was filmed. In the 2000s, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu and Demi Moore became the Angels on the big screen in the blockbusters Charlie’s Angels (2000) and Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle (2003). The last reboot was the 2011 TV series Charlie's Angels with Annie Ilonzeh, Rachael Taylor, Minka Kelly and Nadine Velazquez as the Angels. So who will be the new Angels? Will the past Angels appear in the new feature? We'll have to wait and see; but check out the latest news about the upcoming movie at:
