She wore the white nautical-style A-line dress which had black trimming on the collar and sleeves and had black stars adorning the collar. Sailor-style buttons ran in front of the dress. It could be worn with a matching white hat with a shirred brim and was trimmed with a bow. The self-button hat had an elastic head band. Shelley looked fab in both dress dress and hat.
