Shelley was THE Charlie perfume girl from 1976 to 1982. In 1981, Charlie by Revlon had a promotional campaign in the UK. Charlie apparel and makeup could be purchased by anyone for just £2.99 with every purchase of any Charlie product. It was Charlie's treat to customers for that summer season. Of course, Shelley appeared in the advertisements for the promotional campaign. And, of course, Shelley was gorgeous in the advertisements.
