Shelley on the Simplicity Pattern 6027 package cover, 1973
Shelley appeared on the package cover of Simplicity Pattern number 6027 in 1973. The "easy cut, easy sew" pattern was for a shift dress (if made with a long hem) or a blouse (if the pattern was cut at the hip). The pattern was recommended for stretch knits only. Shelley modeled the dress version in blue with white details on the neckline, sleeves and hem. Shelley looked positively sweet in the outfit.
