In 1979, Shelley joined the cast of the hottest show on TV in the '70s Charlie's Angels, joining incumbent Angels Jaclyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd. Angel Farrah Fawcett was contractually obligated to guest star on the show and came back for three times during Shelley's season - the first of which was the episode "Fallen Angel". Shelley enjoyed working with Farrah, whom she found nice, sweet and a true professional.
